WE ARE GENERATION
In 2021, MAGIC PLACE released WE ARE GENERATION Z for the first time in China.starting from 2019, and the scope of research covered 10 major cities in the east, west, north and south.By means of quantitative questionnaire, qualitative immersion interview and face-to-face interview, 9,300 valid samples were collected, involving "Gen-Z" in different industries, positions and incomes.This report deeply studies their behaviors and habits in consumption, social interaction, work and life, and explores the distinctive characteristics of their inner influences on the development of the times.This will enable us to pay more attention to the development of talents, fully create a more scientific and intelligent space and office experience, give full play to their value, and provide detailed scientific basis for the society, enterprise organizations, research institutions, government and other departments.
